To ensure that your battery is in good condition, you can visit Kia Country of Hilton Head’s Service department and get a free battery charge test. Also, if you need a new battery, you can buy one from Kia Country of Hilton Head’s Parts department. We use Interstate batteries that are specially designed for Kia vehicles and compatible with Hyundai vehicles.

If your vehicle does not start, we advise you to call Kia Roadside Assistance, at 800-333-4542. Do not attempt to jumpstart the vehicle yourself, as it can be dangerous and expensive. In addition, if you connect the cable incorrectly, you can blow the high amp fuse and lose all power to the vehicle. You can also damage the computers or cause the battery to overheat and explode.
