My daughter's 2020 Sportage was involved in a recall procedure. They handled this expeditiously and even washed her car before returning it to her.
Today we had an AMAZING experience with Jeff! He had such a great spirit and his energy was through the roof. He made sure he presented us with all the options we had and got us in a car and off the lot. We can’t thank him enough and we loved how personable he was!! If you need a car I would definitely recommend JEFF, he gave us a 10/10 experience and I have nothing to complain about.

Second visit for oil change they did it in under an hour as is their promise. Last time they didn't even have it in the bay for an hour. Hopefully the second visit is their true manner of doing business. This is my 4 Kia, other service locations have been great. Maybe just growing pains and now it will be a smooth experience.

I had a great experience with Mr john bridge
They were able to fit me in the next day to diagnose a check engine light. No one else would agree to look at it before I was leaving on an out of town trip. They diagnosed the problem and ordered a replacement part, under warranty. Presently awaiting final repair appointment.
Bought a used vehicle from Nate. Super quick, the numbers were good and we were in and out. 10/10 would recommend the dealership and specifically dealing with Nate.

This is the best dealership I have been to. Both Danny and Derek were amazing and helped us with a tight time schedule. I unexpectedly had to go back to work and they worked very quickly to wrap up all paperwork and get us the car in about 90 minutes! KIA has done a great brand redesign and I highly recommend this dealership! They are fast, friendly, professional and genuinely look out for their customers.
