Nate is the #1 salesman at KIA of Hilton Head. Very helpful and patient. Would recommend him highly for anyone shopping for a new KIA.

I was visiting from out of town and got a nail in my tire. They got me right in and replaced it as it was too damaged. Everyone there was very friendly.

Brought my 2025 K4 in for service yesterday morning. The ladies at the desk were bright-eyed, smiling, joking and very welcoming, I even joked that I wanted whatever they had in their morning coffee. My car was well taken care of, just a good old screw in the tire, but they got me on my way in no time. Great experience.

I’ve had a great experience with Kia so far! I have been working with Danny who has been so amazing. He is very quick to respond to any questions I have as is the rest of the team. I was told at the Kia dealership in Savannah that our SUV needed a new engine due to a failed oil consumption test. After several months of self maintaining the vehicle by constantly adding oil, the engine light came on and we had our SUV towed to Kia Savannah. Thank goodness they were renovating the service department and we had to have the vehicle towed to Kia Country in Hilton Head. They gave our SUV a tuneup and replaced the oil pan among several other smaller service details which were the reasons behind the oil consumption issue. Instead of only getting $500 trade in value on another vehicle with a huge monthly payment or spending $8000 on a new or renovated engine, we only spent $1500 to get our car back on the road for another 50K to 100K miles. I appreciate the way they took time to diagnose the issue instead of just telling us we needed a new engine. The vehicle still looks great for having 135K miles on it.

I was so impressed at the experience we had test driving kia's. Megan Minello was our sales rep...I felt like I was at a luxury dealership. The Kia dealership in Savannah is trash in comparison. They tried every tactic, didn't even ask me questions about what I want...they also did $10k over MSRP on an EV9. This place did not. I would drive an hour north to buy here just because of this professionalism and service. When our time comes to buy seriously, we'll go here first. Another thing I appreciated was how Megan listened to my needs, actually diverted me from a more expensive option I asked about because she said I could get it as an add on in a smaller trim. No push for more $$! Wow.

I was in quite the bind when my car broke down out of state. They were able to squeeze me in, keep me informed, and get the problem fixed quickly. Melissa in the service department was wonderful and made the whole ordeal significantly easier. They were a pleasure to work with.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Danny Powell at Kia. He is so personable and we immediately felt very comfortable. He's knowledgeable, respectful and worked hard to get us where we needed to be. We drove a few different vehicles as this is our first Kia and Danny was very patient while we navigated our choice. He made sure we understood all the features on the car we chose and let us know he is there to help if we have any questions. We would recommend Danny and this dealership to anyone. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful.

There was no delay in my appointment time and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Beverages and snacks were available in the lounge which was comfortable and quiet.

So far, I have dealt exclusively with the Service Department at this location telephonically. Speaking with the service staff has been an absolute pleasure. The young ladies that I spoke with Latoya and Melissa offer phenomenal customer service! They are thorough, considerate and overall ROCKSTARS!!!! I look forward to meeting them and working with them for years to come. Having this great of an experience over the phone, I can only imagine the great experience that lies ahead. They have really set the stage for what I expect to be a great experience in person.

Went in for first servicing! Pleasant prompt & professional from start to finish!

We had a very positive experience at Kia Country of Hilton Head. Mr. John Bridge was quite helpful with providing information and locating what fit our needs without adding unnecessary pressure to rush us to purchase before we were ready. We bought our Kia Carnival SX 4 days ago and are thrilled!

Troy walked me through every step of the process in the purchase of my new 2025 Kia Sorento Hybrid. He went way beyond the expected in explaining all the features, helping with the paperwork, even helping me transfer items from my old car to the new. I think I could call him today with any questions and he would be right there. Their service and caring doesn’t end when you drive off the lot.
