I was smelling gas around my car. My mechanic told me that I needed to take it to Kia, as the fuel pump needed to be replace and Kia has an extended warranty on it. I tried to get my car into the SAV location and they couldn't get me in until 12/20. I called on 10/31. I can't drive my car that long. So I called Kia in HH. They got me in on Saturday. 11/2. My car was taken in for an oil change. Every thing was done in a timely manner. Customer service and any interactions I had with staff were great, no complaints there. Our experience with Melissa Valdera was absolutely incredible. She was very helpful through the whole process. They were able to fit us in very quickly. We called on Friday and was able to get an appointment on Monday. In addition to that, we were arriving at closed and they stayed to take the car. There was a bunch of recalls on the car and it only took them a week and a half. They replaced all of the parts and even detailed and washed it. Everything was covered under recalls. So there was no cost to us.

Experience has been amazing here! All of the staff have been so helpful and kind! They even played around with my child and we had many laughs! I am very happy with the car we got and the service from everyone!

I prefer to get my oil changes at the Kia dealership. I try to coordinate with doctor appointments in Bluffton or Hilton Head Island. This dealership is very busy. It took 4 attempts to arrange for an oil change on a specific day. I assume the work is done properly. I have never had a problem.
