I was so impressed at the experience we had test driving kia's. Megan Minello was our sales rep...I felt like I was at a luxury dealership. The Kia dealership in Savannah is trash in comparison. They tried every tactic, didn't even ask me questions about what I want...they also did $10k over MSRP on an EV9. This place did not. There was no delay in my appointment time and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Beverages and snacks were available in the lounge which was comfortable and quiet.

Troy walked me through every step of the process in the purchase of my new 2025 Kia Sorento Hybrid. He went way beyond the expected in explaining all the features, helping with the paperwork, even helping me transfer items from my old car to the new. Most of the sales people were friendly and courteous but when it came time to finalize my transaction I felt very rushed. When I came into the dealership it was around 2:30 in the afternoon but when the transaction was finally completed it iwas close to their closing time so that explains why everything was so rushed .Which is still unacceptable to me. Took car in for recall. Super friendly and welcoming service dept. Recall work was completely quickly and even received a complimentary car wash and vacumn !! Nice waiting area with drinks and snacks.

Danny did a great job with helping us purchase a used Sorento. There was a bit of haggling involved but we felt that the end price was fair and the haggling is to be expected. We love our car!

I absolutely love Kia of Hilton head especially their service department. Melissa and Ms Alice were a godsend for when my engine went bad and they didn’t leave me in the dark at all. I got my car back and it’s been running great since. I can’t recommend them enough, I absolutely loved my experience with their service department especially since I lived in charlotte NC and they didn’t make me feel unheard instead they were very helpful and awesome!
